The best movie I watched in 2008.

Got suprised because it's a serious tragedy, with painful thinking of human stain, far from an entertaining marvel film.

Unexpectedly shocked by the talent of the scenarist, and the passed-away actor Heath Ledger too.

Batman's effort to save Harvey back from madness failed. (Harvey Dent had ever been a procurator, extremely eager for justice, and finally became the villainous two-face man, taking away people's life up to probability.)

BATMAN: It wasn't.
HARVEY: The Joker chose me!
BATMAN: Because you were the best of us. He wanted to prove that even someone as good as you could fall.
HARVEY: And he was right.

for a long time I haven't seen a movie so evil. it doesn't matter if there is justice or not. since the world is a big holy shit, just shut the fuck-up and kill. nobody is innocent. don't pretend to be.

　　“这是最后的印本,是送市人大通过的,不外借,也不准复印,你们只能看。”5月27日下午,在深圳市财政局阅览室,工作人员将一本粉色封面的厚书递给吴君亮、李德涛和万宇涵。
     吴一阵狂喜,随即取出数码相机将这本预算案从封面到封底,一页不漏地拍了下来。“深圳成了中华人民共和国历史上的第一个向普通公民公开政府预算的城市,到目前为止,这也是惟一的一次。”

     对这些旨在推动中国公共预算改革的志愿者而言,虽然仅有一次目睹预算“真容”的体验,但有了这几百张照片,就有了原始的资料,就有了研究的基础。公共预算水准=社会文明程度
　　48岁的吴君亮是深圳君亮资产管理公司的CEO。1980年代赴美留学,拿到了休斯敦大学政府管理学硕士。此后,在美国一呆就是近20年。20世纪初,美国经历了一场由民间研究机构推动的轰轰烈烈的公共预算改革,那场运动不仅重塑了美国政府,而且深刻改变了政府和社会民众的关系。“向纳税人负责”从此成为每一届政府不可逾越的信条。

     老板的理想主义也感染了公司里的年轻人。26岁的李德涛是土生土长的深圳本地人,两年前在法国拿到硕士学位,当时,君亮资产管理公司吸引他的地方只是可以从事所学的财务分析专业。加入老板的公共预算研究团队之后,他发现自己变了。
　　“以前我从来不关心社会事务,现在我知道,我们需要关心自己的城市。”
　　在澳大利亚拿到硕士学位的万宇涵是研究团队的另一个“海龟80后”,这一老二少,构成了君亮公司志愿者们的核心。
　　吴君亮给自己的研究团队开出了条件:除了本职工作之外,每位志愿者每天可以花两个小时工作时间在公共预算研究上,必要的开支和差旅费也由吴本人“赞助”。
